Products that are purchased on the website are purchased from Simply Giving and not from The Smith Family. At the end of the appeal, Simply Giving will supply and bulk-deliver all purchased products to The Smith Family. Simply Giving is independent of The Smith Family, does not represent The Smith Family and does not act as an agent of The Smith Family. Simply Giving is not a registered charity.

Receipt of Purchase
Simply Giving will email a Tax Invoice to all customers that purchase products on the website. The Tax Invoice will include Simply Giving's ABN, a unique identification number, a summary of the products purchased and the GST component of the total amount. The Tax Invoice is your proof of purchase.
Donation Confirmation & Tax Deductibility
Simply Giving will also email a Donation Confirmation to all customers that purchase products on the website. This confirms that your purchase has been donated to The Smith Family. Donations of products may give rise to tax deductions in certain circumstances. You may wish to obtain tax advice in this regard.
Delivery of Products
At the end of The Smith Family's Toy and Book appeal, Simply Giving will supply and bulk-deliver all purchased products to The Smith Family.
In the unlikley event that products become unavailable, Simply Giving reserves the right to substitute purchased products for similar products of the same value.
